Exhibition cost

a. Standard booth of 9 m²(97 ft²): $1,800 USD (3m x 3m) (US $ 18.6/ ft²)

Indoor raw space: $180 USD/m² (US $ 16.7/ ft²) (min. 36 m²)

Full package of standard booth includes: exhibition site, 2.5m high wall panel, one sign panel in Chinese and English, a table, two chairs, one electric outlet of 220V, two spotlights and carpeting.
Full package of raw space includes: exhibition site, security, cleaning, raw space administration.
Free service: ♦ Brief introduction in Chinese within 100 characters in the exhibition journal

♦ Regular cleaning for the exhibition site and safeguard for 24 hours

♦ Admission ticket and invitation card provided to exhibitors for inviting customers

Technical seminar

During the exhibition the organizer will hold many technical seminars to make communication of international technology and trade, advertise and introduce products. All the exhibitors can apply for holding such seminars. Please set the subject for the seminar and fill the form to submit them to the organizer or agent, which will then arrange the seminar site and facilities, and organize the professional audiences. Each seminar is limited to 1.5 hour and charged for $450 USD. Please submit the outline of the seminar content to the organizer or agent in advance.

Participation procedure

1. Fill in the application form and send it to the organizer or agent by mail or fax.

2. Submit or T/T full amount of payment to the organizer or agent before Oct. 31, 2002.

3. Principle of booth allocation: "first applying, first paying and first arrangement".

4. The exhibitors should fax the bill of payment to the organizer or agent after remitting the full amount.

5. The organizer will mail the exhibition manual to the exhibitor after having received the exhibition cost.
